Connection between the Earth's Atmosphere and the Earth's Surface.
The atmosphere helps us humans, who live on the surface, in many ways, and if not for the atmosphere, we would all not be living. The atmoshphere gives us water through the Water Cycle. When the Sun's energy heats the oceans, rivers, lakes, it makes the water less dense, and transfers it from a liquid to a gas, which is a process we call evaporation. And this water vapour gets dense and they attach onto dust particles and other particles to create clouds, which eventually give us rain. The o-zoner layer, which is also in the atmosphere also blocks a lot of the UV radiation and blasts of heat from hitting the surface.

Connection between the Earth's Surface and the Earth's Interior.
The Earth's surface and its interior are both constantly moving in different rates and directions. And this is because of heat energy. Heat from Earth's interior cooling, and also the radioactive decay from radioactive isotopes drive the convection cycle. The convection cycle is when hot magma rises upwards and while this is happening the cool magma sinks down. When we see plate motion such as earthquakes or even a the creation of an island, is the visible part of mantle convection.

How are they all COnnected?
How are these 3 different parts of Earth connected? Well, they are all run by some type of heat, either from themselves, like the Earth's core, or from an outside source such as the sun, which can be seen in the Water Cycle. The first step of the water cycle is evaporation in which the sun heats up water on earth and turns liquid water into water vapour in gas form. But without this first step, we would not have life on Earth due to the loss of rain, which also means what plants will not be able to grow and filter the air by taking in the carbon dioxide and letting out oxygen. An example of a system producing heat from themselves, is inside the Earth by the process of radioactive decay. This shows how without this heat energy from the Sun, and also from the Earth itself, Earth would not function properly and we would lose our amazing planet.
